Catering questions

How far in advance should I book?

At least five working days for most orders, and two to three weeks for large buffets or events over 100 guests. Short notice? Call us and we'll do what we can.

Is there a minimum number of guests?

Platters and bakery boxes start from 10 people. Buffets start from 30.

Do you cater off campus?

Yes. We deliver and set up at offices, homes and venues across Gauteng, not only on campus. A delivery fee may apply further out.

Can you do a custom event?

Yes. Tell us the occasion, the guest list and the feel you're after, and we'll design the menu, the cake and the setup around it. Choose "Custom event" in the form below.

Do you supply serving ware and staff?

Platters come ready to serve. Buffets include serving dishes and setup, and we can add waiting staff or a barista on request.

How do payment and deposits work?

Your quote lists the total per person. We ask for a deposit to secure the date and the balance before the event. University departments can pay by purchase order.
